As Vice President of Programs and Donor Services, Caroline Murphy is responsible for spearheading the strategy and implementation of the Foundation’s Grant Programs and community education programs, including Youth in Philanthropy (YIP) and the Center for Philanthropy Education. She also works with donors and businesses to provide guidance for their philanthropic efforts both locally and nationally.

Caroline teaches in our Youth in Philanthropy program and is an alumnae of the YIP program.

Before joining the Foundation in 2015, Caroline gained experience in the nonprofit sector.  She worked for a variety of youth-serving nonprofits in the MetroWest region, supporting development and marketing efforts. Caroline earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish and Hispanic Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

A native of MetroWest, she currently resides in Millis with her husband and son and serves on the board of the Millis Educational Resource Initiatives Team (MERIT).
